Caren H. Zaroff graduated from the University of Michigan in 1997 with a Bachelor of Art in Psychology, and Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2000 with a Juris Doctor degree.

From 2000 through 2002, Ms. Zaroff was in-house counsel for an international corporation where she was heavily involved in all aspects of a myriad of contracts and the company’s day-to-day activities, as well as transactional matters.

For more than 15 years, Ms. Zaroff has been engaged in a wide-ranging practice involving general corporate and commercial matters and transactions, as well as complex commercial litigation in both federal and state trial and appellate courts and arbitration.
