Ira S. Zaroff graduated from the University of Michigan in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Policy, and Pace University School of Law in 2000 with a Juris Doctor Degree, cum laude, where he was a member of the Pace Environmental Law Review. He is admitted to practice in New York State Courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

From 2000 through 2002, Mr. Zaroff was associated with the New York law firm of Snyder & Snyder, LLP where he received experience and training in land use, environmental, zoning, litigation, and telecommunications law.

Mr. Zaroff is currently practicing general corporate and commercial law and litigation. Mr. Zaroff has litigated various matters including complex multi-jurisdictional commercial issues in both federal and state trial and appellate courts and arbitral tribunals including the AAA, JAMS and FINRA.
